I am a proactive leader with an undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership. A proven career track of more than 20 years of experience working with non-profits in the areas of new project implementation, program coordination, community services, client services, community outreach, youth development, mentoring, and leadership. Accomplished in building and sustaining valuable relationships with a strong ability to move projects forward.

I am a former University of San Francisco Don basketball player who still holds many school (11) and West Coast Conference scoring records (2) and was a two-time All-WCC performer for two straight years. I also played professional basketball in the European and Middle Eastern Basketball Leagues for over a decade (1992–2004).
